• VRPP Course conducted in First term 2013-14

  • ONB-106 Psychology and the Humanities for Module1. Psychology of the Indian Society by Sudhir Kakar
  • ONB 112 Revisiting Ancient Indian History by Prof Romila Thapar

  Year: 2014-15

  • Prof Madhav Gadgil: Authoring book & interaction with school and villagers from 25/8 to 1/9/14, from 28/10 to 5/11/14, and 27/1/ to 5/2/2015.  An interactive session on “The Development Model India Needs” was held on 26th August 2014 at the International centre, Goa. A Workshop on “Prudent Mining” was held on 29^th October at Conference hall.
  • Prof Romila Thapar: Series of lectures on Ancient Indian History was conducted from 22/8 to 26/8/14 at Goa University.

  Year: 2015-16

  • Prof Madhav Gadgil: Interaction with school and villagers from 21/6 to 28/6, 21/7 to 28/7, 2/9 to 9/9, and 20/1 to 24/1/2016.  Two workshops- Biodiversity and Mobile GIS and Konkani Wikipedia were held.
  • Prof Shahid Amin conducted a course from 2/12 to 19/12/2015
  • Prof Kumkum Roy conducted a course from 11^th Jan to 15 January 2016.

  • Prof Madhav Gadgil: Interaction on Co-operative Mining at ICG on 28^th June 2016.
  • Prof Kumkum Roy conducted a course on “HSO-152 Approaching Early Indian History Through Texts” from 3rd Jan to 19th January 2017.

  Year: 2017-18

  • Prof Dhruv Raina conducted a one-credit course on “PYO 203 Situating the History and Theory of the Scientific Revolution” and one public Lecture on “Internationalism – Cosmopolitanism in Science: Terms of a Historiographic Conjuncture” at International Centre Goa and Goa University from 5^th March to 13^th March 2018 and 22^nd &25^th September 2017.
  • Prof Ishita Dube conducted a course on “HSO-158 Nation, Gender and Politics in India” from 28^th November to 7^th December 2017.
  • Prof Saurabh Dube conducted a Public Lecture on “Questions of Modernity” on 11^th December 2017 at Seminar Hall, Goa University.
  • Prof Kumkum Roy conducted a Public Lecture on “From the Margins to the Centre” on 12^th January 2018 & 18^th January 2018 at Seminar Hall, Goa University.
  • Prof Saurabh Dube conducted a Public Lecture on “Unsettling Art: A Dalit Expressionist Iconography” & “Rethinking Dalit Religions” & “Identity and Modernity: Empire, Nation, History” from 09^th/10^th/11^th January 2018 respectively.

  • Prof Dhruv Raina conducted Public Lectures on three different topics at International Centre Goa, Goa University, and St Xavier’s College, Mapusa from 10th to 17th December 2018.
  • Prof Ishita Dube & Prof Saurabh Dube jointly conducted a one-credit course on “HSO-200 History and Disciplines” from 05th December to 20th December 2018.

  Year: 2019-20

  • Prof Dhruv Raina conducted Public Lectures on three different topics at Dhempe College Arts and Science and Goa University from 16^th to 20^th September 2019.
  • Public Lecture by Prof Peter DeSouza on Decolonizing the mind in the Post Colonial World: Beyond T.B. Cunha on 21^st November 2019.
  • Mentoring Sessions with young faculty and research scholars of Goa University by Prof Peter D’Souza on a) State and Politics in Goa b) Tribal Studies Group c) ICSSR-IMPRESS Proposal on State and Democracy in India d) Proposed Interdisciplinary Refresher Course in Social Sciences on ‘Changing India’.
  • Prof Dhruv Raina conducted Public Lectures on three different topics at P.E.S College, Ponda, Fr. Agnel College, Pilar, and Goa University from 27^th February to 04^th March 2020.
